Order Guidelines

  • Hours/Days of Operation: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Cut-off time for standard next day orders are 1:00PM for breakfast, 3:00 PM for lunch and dinner.
  • Delivery Window: A 30 minute window is needed for all orders and parties larger than 50 people may require a larger window. An exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to traffic or other unforeseen conditions.
  • Delivery Fees: During business days and hours, delivery fees are as follows: San Francisco $20.00, Oakland/Berkeley $40.00, Greater East Bay, Peninsula and San Jose $60.00. A service charge will apply to orders including rentals and/or labor.
  • After-hour Charges: Deliveries or pick-ups before 6:00 AM or after 6:00 PM are subject to an additional fee and will require a contact person.
  • Late Orders: We encourage all orders to be placed 48 hours in advance but understand last minute orders can occur. If we are able to fill the order, it may be limited to what is available and subject to a $10.00 late fee. Breakfast orders placed after 1pm and lunch or dinner orders placed after 3pm the day prior to event are considered late.
  • Substitutions: We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary.
  • Order Minimum: The order minimum is 10 orders per kind unless marked with a 20 order minimum.
  • Weekend Orders: Weekend orders must meet a minimum of $600 in order to be processed. Additional delivery fees may also apply depending on location.
  • Cancellations: All cancellations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to event unless food is already in production, or if rentals have already been ordered or purchased.
  • Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and checks (10 days net). A 2% late fee applies after 30 days. A 50% security deposit is due at confirmation for any orders over $2000.00.
  • Confirmation: Confirmations must be signed and emailed back in order to process any order.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: Customers will be notified of the missing or damaged items and if not returned by customers, additional charge will be added to invoice.
